Included Services
You can expect our apartments to offer fresh linen and made beds for the
number of booked guests. The bed linen, as well as hand and bath towels,
will be exchanged in a one week stay.
A cleaning service for the duration of the stay is not provided. Thus, you will
not be charged a cleaning fee at the end of your stay.
Of course, we will pamper you with high-quality care products for both skin and hair.
The cost of water, electricity and heating are included.
PARKING
You are welcome to park your car in one of our free parking spaces on the day of your arrival. You may leave your car parked until your relaxed departure.
E-MOBILITY CHARGING STATIONS
A charging station for e-cars and four charging stations for e-bikes are available to you. Electricity is produced by our on-site solar power system.
BIKE STATION
For our bikers and cyclists, we offer a covered parking space including a modern bike repair station, in the case small services are required after a relaxed bike tour.
INTERNET
We offer secure high-speed internet free of charge in our apartments and the quiet garden. Discover the variety of offers in the Retz region and stay in contact with your loved ones.
QUIET ORCHARD
For relaxing moments after excursions in the area, you are welcome to use the on-site quiet garden and orchard. Enjoy seasonal fruit directly from one of our trees or delicious grapes from different vines.
PICNIC IN THE VINEYARD
We are happy to organise an exclusive picnic with a magnificent view of the region in one of our befriended winemaker’s vineyards, where you will be served delicious, regional tapas and a chilled glass of rosé wine.
DEPOSIT / BUSINESS
For fixed reservations, we require a deposit of 30% of the apartment’s rent. The General Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions also apply in their currently valid form.
PETS
No pets are allowed in our apartments. We ask for your understanding, but this is the only way we can guarantee that the apartments stay suitable for guests suffering from allergies.
WASHING POSSIBILITY
Should you find yourself surprised by bad weather on a hike or bike excursion leaving your clothes heavily soiled, please contact us. We are happy to help.
TOWN CENTRE
You will find everything you need for a relaxing stay in your immediate vicinity. The beautiful main square of Retz, a variety of shops, wine taverns and restaurants are only a short walk away. What is more, we are glad to have useful insider tips at hand, to make your stay unforgettable.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
The apartments are ready for occupancy from 3 pm on the day of arrival. You are welcome to arrive earlier, and we will be happy to store your luggage in the meantime. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the apartment by 10 am, if possible. We are happy to leave your luggage with us for a little longer on the day of your departure.
KITCHENETTE
The in-room kitchenettes are fully equipped with an induction hob, refrigerator and dishwasher. Pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and glasses are ready to use. Additionally, two Lavazza espresso capsules will be provided free of charge per person and day.
